Course Code: BHND
Duration: 2 Years
This is a broad based business diploma course which offers students underpinning academic knowledge and business skills. Major emphasis is placed on the development of the personal and technical skills required for success in the business world. The learning is student centred and involves practical work-related assignments. The course, as a general Business course, opens up avenues within all areas of business. Graduates of business from BCFE can start careers in accounts, HR, sales and marketing and management. It is also an excellent foundation for further study and many of our students progress to Business degree programmes with advanced entry in TU Dublin Tallaght.
Currently second year BHND students may apply for international work experience in Finland funded by the Erasmus programme.
While BCFE continues to partake in the EC funded Erasmus+ programme and has prepared work experience placements for the 2020 – 2021 academic year the College will continue to be guided by the HSE and NPHET. Therefore, travel abroad may be postponed or cancelled depending on the advice from the Government.
