Aidan McAteer, animation graduate, talks to current students
Animation and Games students were invited to hear from Aidan McAteer, graduate of Ballyfermot College of Further Education, about his journey in the animation industry, exploring visual narrative, his different roles within the industry and lessons from his experience.
Aidan McAteer has two decades of experience in animation, working in Dublin, London, Vancouver and Singapore. Starting as an animator, he has been directing and writing for the last ten years on shows like the BAFTA-nominated Danger Mouse, the Emmy-nominated Oddbods, Transformers: Rescue Bots Academy, Dee and Friends In Oz and Wildernuts.
