Ticketmaster funds state-of-the-art equipment for the next generation of music industry talent here at Ballyfermot Southwest Campus

Ticketmaster has gifted funds for music equipment for the students of the City of Dublin FET College in Ballyfermot, as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the next generation of musical talent. The college is renowned for the success of its alumni including stars such as Damien Dempsey, Lisa O’Neill, Junior Brother as well as Róisín Barrett of The Mary Wallopers, and Ticketmaster hopes this donation will help continue the success of the college.

Ticketmaster’s financial backing has provided the College and its students with valuable recording equipment including a new Studio Desk and Mixer Interface for student collaboration along with a Studio RME recording interface plus new musical instruments including a Fender Player II Jaguar RW.

Ballyfermot College, with state-of-the-art facilities, is well known across the music and entertainment industry as an important training ground for young musicians, producers, industry professionals, studio and sound engineers.

The donation, part of Ticketmaster’s continuing support for the grassroots industry, also signals the beginning of a new relationship between Ticketmaster and Ballyfermot College into the future.
