Mindfulness/Yoga at BCFE

We’re pleased to announce that BCFE will be running online mindfulness/yoga sessions over the next weeks for students and staff; see below for details.

What will be covered:

Kathleen says – ‘We will look at ways to reduce stress and learn ways to boost qualities such as kindness, patience and compassion towards ourselves and others. The material we will explore will allow us to be less frantic and chaotic in our daily lives, giving us time to relax and enjoy life a little more. We will learn really simple techniques that can be used throughout our ordinary day to allow a little more contentment, confidence, happiness, and a feeling of greater ease’.
